Show Win is an excellent choice for sushi at your event. we have catering for all sorts of events, whether it be for 10 to 1000 people. We will cater a variety of events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, graduations, birthday parties and anniversaries, or just a get together of good friends and family.Please provide 2 weeks notice of your event.

We provide two different styles of catering:

Chef Catered Event

Chefs at your event "LIVE" creating mouthwatering Japanese delicacies right in front of your guests. this is a great conversation piece and a feast of eyes. your guests will enjoy watching the chefs. chef presents sushi on wood catering trays for your guests to come up to the table and pick their selection. wasabi, ginger, soy and chopsticks will be provided.

Catered Tray Event

Sushi prepared on catering trays either delivered to your event or picked up. our chefs pride themselves in their artfully prepared sushi. your guests will be blown away by both the way it looks and tastes! If there are items that you would like and do not see on our regular menu, please ask! we can create the combinations you are looking for.trays will be prepared at Show Win. we provide wasabi, ginger, soy sauce and chopsticks.
